• Age category: Teens, 13 - 16 years old (Special exceptions are contingent on CSHD approval. Please reach out to management to inquire.) 

• Line sizes: Four runners + goalie

• No off-sides or icing

• After each stoppage, the ball is moved behind the net. Players have 5-seconds to make a play before the opposing team can rush

• Face-offs after each goal

• Two run-time periods of 25 minutes

• Games are played at the same time, same days, and same location each week. No travel or interlock required. 

• Team sizes: 9 - 12 players plus goalie

• Penalties will result in a penalty shot with the play being dead after the shot

• Games are overlooked by on and off-floor officials (CSHD management, official, and timekeeper)

• Statistic logged on CSHD website

• Season length: 10-12 season games plus best of three playoff rounds

CSHD has a zero tolerance for malicious behaviour or fighting. Participants conducting such behaviour will be removed from the program immediately without refund. By participating in this program, parents and participants understand and agree to this as a Term of playing.
